Iowa Chess Goes Social
A week ago, former webmaster Matt Nemmers, who recently has returned to Iowa chess, wrote suggesting that the IASCA should have a Facebook page.
The board had a brief discussion about social media. Scholastic Director James Hodina offered the Iowa Scholastic Chess page for expansion to cover all of Iowa Chess on Facebook. Assistant Webmaster Daniel Carson agreed to run our Twitter, and I set up Google+.
