No spectators allowed in the playing hall. Chess Control will be located in the Abe Lincoln boardroom. Players will be permitted one 1/2-point bye which must be requested before 9:30 AM. Players will not be permitted to have electronic devices on their person. Offenses can range from warning, 15 minutes or half of time, whichever is less and expulsion. The TD will make a decision regarding the appropriate penalty.
