1st round to receive a 1/2 -point. Byes for all other rounds must be requested during
registration. NO ELECTRONIC SCORESHEETS. Players are allowed to spectate after their game
is over. Refund one half of entry fee for withdrawal prior to the start of the event. Spectator
rules are subject to change. |
