Looking for a Chess Family to Host a Foriegn Exchange Student from Kazakhstan

I was contacted by a Susan Greenhorn who represents the Pan Atlantic Foundation (PAF) a foriegn exchange program that has a very talented student Olzhas who is a big chess enthusiast. Who wants to be an exchange student in the United States. He is 16 and needs a family. He is rated around 1600, would be a great addition to a chess family.
