One half-point bye per player. Last-round byes must be requested prior to the first round to get a half-point. Byes for all other rounds must be requested 15 minutes prior to the start of the round. NO ELECTRONIC SCORESHEETS! No spectators allowed in the playing hall 15 minutes after the start of the round. Players may spectate after their game is over. Spectator rules are subject to change. |
