USCF ratings used for pairings and for prizes. Higher of regular or quick ratings used for pairings. USCF Swiss pairing rules and floor decisions. NO ELECTRONIC SCORESHEETS! Spectators are allowed, but may not interfere with games and must be quiet. Players may spectate after their game is over. The director reserves the right to remove any spectator from the playing hall. Bring your own boards and clocks!!!!! Top boards in the Open will be broadcasted live.
